I sent a package by mail to the office in Ogden since I live far from Ogden, I talked over the phone with them and we agreed they would call me as soon as they get the package so we could start the shipment process over the phone , I didn’t hear from them for weeks, I tried calling and no one answered since they all took off for Holliday vacation (Christmas) from around dec 15 to Jan 3 or something like that then finally someone answered the phone and told me they didn’t know about my package because they were a bit behind a... read more

Mi paquete demoro 1 mes en llegar , nunca contestan el teléfono, creería q se fueron de vacaciones navideñas y cuando regresaron fue q enviaron mi caja qué mal servicio en esa oficina.
