Please don’t use this service for five years. I was with them since I moved back to Columbia for work and two weeks ago they lost my package $400 worth and they won’t even answer. I wrote emails to the management and nothing I mean they claim that on the weekends are closed and they’re not responsible for the packages that are left there.
