Please don’t use this service for five years. I was with them since I moved back to Columbia for work and two weeks ago they lost my package $400 worth and they won’t even answer. I wrote emails to the management and nothing I mean they claim that on the weekends are closed and they’re not responsible for the packages that are left there. Durante cinco años los utilice rifas y hace dos semanas perdieron mi paquete de $400 y una chica contestó diciendo que los fines de semana no están abiertos y no responden por los paquetes que dejan ahí llevo dos semanas escribiéndoles y nadie responde sólo una persona Andrés me colaboró llenando una forma y jamás me voy a contestar realmente muy malo el Servicio Al Cliente que me han dado pésimo además barato no es

Muy tarde l entrega. 2 meses tardó en llegar el paquete y de paso hubo que buscarlo a la oficina cuando el destino era puerta a puerta. La experiencia y mala. La pase muy mal y quede como irresponsable por culpa de liberty express
