How do you even contact these people? They have my service address wrong suddenly and there is no way to get ahold of these people.

Kind of rude when talking on the phone. And they wouldn't even entertain the idea of splitting up the deposit into the next two bills, instead charged $280 for a deposit on our first bill. Way ridiculous but I guess they can do that because they are the only electric company that services our area.
