Justin was excellent from start to finish! He was very responsive, showed up on time, and got our water heater installed quickly. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. The whole process was smooth, and the quality of his work was top-notch. Highly recommend Justin if you’re looking for a reliable and professional plumber!
Justin (owner) drove 45 miles to install a new water heater for me. While he was here, he took a look at various other things I needed repaired including two sink faucet replacements, removing and installing a cartridge, handle and shower head for our kids bathroom. Plumbing situations can rarely be anticipated or planned. These issues often have the added pain of being extremely messy and expensive. I met Justin a few years prior and I am thankful I kept his business card! A leaky shower faucet and water heater replacement was not cheap. I had a leak in a buried copper waterline. I tried to repair it myself with no success. Justin showed up and had my water restored within 20 minutes. Will definitely be using these guys again.
Justin might be one of the most genuine, honest, hard working professionals I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, offer a solution and all at a very fair and affordable price. He will be our plumber for a long time to come.
