Josh and Justin came out to our home to help us with a leak we had out in our yard. They were very professional in explaining everything to us before they got started with the work. They are very knowledgeable about the service they provide. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience with Liberty Drains and Plumbing. From the start, their communication was excellent — they clearly explained the work, kept us updated, and always let us know their arrival times. Just want to say Justin is amazing! Called him early in the morning on Sunday and arrived within a few hours. Fixed a leak under our sink and gave us some suggestions to keep critters away from the water lines. We live out in the country, so we see little critters all the time. Justin and his entire crew are excellent, and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know needing plumbing services. These guys were reliable, honest, and did great quality work. They were able to come over quickly when they said they would, and get a leak in our home stopped before causing a lot of damage. They explained what we needed and did great work fixing the problem. They stayed late on a Sunday evening and made sure everything was right before they left.
