Josh and Justin came out to our home to help us with a leak we had out in our yard. They were very professional in explaining everything to us before they got started with the work. They are very knowledgeable about the service they provide. Highly recommend!
Justin and his entire crew are excellent, and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know needing plumbing services. We had a great experience with Liberty Drains and Plumbing. From the start, their communication was excellent — they clearly explained the work, kept us updated, and always let us know their arrival times. Justin and Josh were the ones who handled the work, and they were both professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Justin responded promptly and arrived on time. They did an awesome job and were very professional and friendly. He was knowledgeable and efficient with our time. They were able to locate the leak quickly and used quality materials. There is also a follow up in line once the water dries up and the hole will be filled back in. I appreciated them putting on shoe covers and were overall a joy to work with. We paid a little extra for the 5 year plan. We highly recommend Liberty Drains and Plumbing.
Just want to say Justin is amazing! Called him early in the morning on Sunday and arrived within a few hours. Fixed a leak under our sink and gave us some suggestions to keep critters away from the water lines. We live out in the country, so we see little critters all the time.
