When we built our house we had Liberty Doors supply our doors. We are comleteing our basement and I went to order the exact same doors and I was very clear that I wanted the exact same doors. I sent them the original invoice and photos of our doors thinking that everything was taking care of and trusting them to do their job. Trying to replace our entry door. Ordered a ThermaTru door through Liberty with Andrew. First door arrived and had all the wrong color metal parts. We had scheduled the installer and arranged our day to be at home. The door was returned due to the wrong hardware, the pickup drivers backed into branches of our tree and broke 2 of them. Moved into a new home and needed a replacement back door desperately. I stopped in with all of the necessary measurements and had a brief consultation. Andrew said to expect a price within four days. Unfortunately, two weeks went by with two unreturned voicemails so I purchased my door elsewhere.

Review of Liberty windows and Doors. We went to look at two brands of windows. When we said we wanted more light and energy efficiency, Andrew recommended Simonton Daylight Max. They only had a small sliding window for demonstration and upon looking at the catalogue later we realized they had no examples of casement windows in Daylight Max.
