This is the worse practice I have EVER encountered. From leaving me in a room unattended for over an hour because they forgot, do not answer the phone, they don’t return phone calls, they don’t give you test results, and when they do, they don’t have an actual diagnosis. I wish I could give them negative stars. I was a new patient and I will never go back there. The office staff is rude, unorganized and extremely unprofessional. I had Covid and had complications with my asthma. I went to Liberty as a new patient to follow up after an ER visit. I ended up having to take a leave of absence from my job. I dropped the paperwork to return to work off to them. It took a whole week of me going into the office everyday to ask about the paperwork.
