I wish I could give them negative stars. I was a new patient and I will never go back there. The office staff is rude, unorganized and extremely unprofessional. I had Covid and had complications with my asthma. I went to Liberty as a new patient to follow up after an ER visit. I ended up having to take a leave of absence from my job. I dropped the paperwork to return to work off to them. It took a whole week of me going into the office everyday to ask about the paperwork. I left Dr Deberry's Practice.. When she left Roper her position she changed . I didn't like the way I was treated with my last visit. Uncaring, sarcastic, just plain nauseating and hurtful. I guess her new position went to her head and she thought it placed her above everyone!!! I've found a new doctor that actually and professionally CARES about my health and well being.
