Great doc. Support staff and nurses are always friendly. If you’re looking for a doctor I would highly recommend!
One thing that stands out is they remember your problem even after you leave the office. They always check about how you are doing next time you visit.
Only doctor I've ever had that actually cares. Dr P. Campbell @ Liberty Doctors is great. Dr Majectic is also great. Staff is friendly even Ms. Teressa in billing lol. Great docs and great staff.
I received abnormal test results that took almost 2 weeks to get ahold of the office. And then they said it was fine, all the while laughing at me, and said my mental health is probably just a vitamin d deficiency. Never offered a panel to check, and laughed about it. I wish I could get them closed down.
THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced in healthcare. I followed my doctor and her nurse when she moved to this practice. The front desk staff have zero professionalism and have no compassion for any of their patients. The way they speak to patients is very rude, especially on the phone. Please do not let these people talk down to you., you are worth more than that!
