Stephanie Xavier has been the best doctor my wife and I have ever had! She listens and you never feel rushed. She answers questions throughly and does not only treat the symptoms she looks for the root problem. We are saddened to leave because I took a job in another state but I was blessed to have such great care. Thank you so much! Do not change the way you do things; definitely patient centered care with a warm southern charm.
Do not go to this office even in your most desperate moment- I wish I had read reviews first. The staff is very unprofessional when answering the phones. Two of them were even fighting with each other close to the patient window where everyone in the waiting room could hear when I was there. I had scheduled an annual preventive care appointment (which is 100% covered by my insurance) and was asked to fill out info forms while I waited, including what prescriptions I take. Robyn was very efficient. My appt was very smooth and she answered all of my questions and concerns.
They still are and always will be family!
I signed in at 9:20, at 10:30 after watching the entire waiting room empty, fill up and empty again I assumed my business was not needed. Not one time was I asked to fill out new patient paperwork. I was completely ignored, and I was directly in the eyesight of the receptionist. Terrible customer service. Would never recommend to anyone.
