Nightmare. If you own a home on a dirt road do not use this company to deliver your oil. They will not deliver if there is any amount of ice or snow on the road. There is no way I can scrape my road down to dirt - it will remove all the gravel and then they won't deliver because it will be muddy. I even widened the path for them but they still refused to deliver the second time too.
