I had my engagement ring and wedding band custom designed at this shop. While I had one experience at the time, my experience going in today was so refreshing. Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. We are so happy we found this diamond shop! First off, the shop is very clean, and well lit. The staff was super polite and provided us with sparkling water (or any drink requested) upon our arrival.
