I'm not a patient but I bring my brother here when he's visiting from the Big Island. The encounters I've had w/the staff over the phone have been pleasant. They seem to genuinely care for & about the well being of the patients. I must really work hard both in the front & the back of the clinic. I came inside to ask when my brother would be finishe & the poor receptionist was asleep 😴 She kind of looked up at me but poor thing couldn't keep her eyes open. So I just sat down & waited. The front office staff are very nice and professional :)
I've been attending this dialysis for about four years plus. And the staff is great and friendly. And they're try to make feel at home and they're like family, just keeping an eye on you and your morale up. This facility is a good place for having your family or yourself to be taken care of from a very skilled staff. Keep up with the good work.
