I was treated very well w/well trained staff. A pleasant experience.
The service was not bad but the billing is so frustrating! I will never go back because of their horrible billing. I have called and mailed out copies for my insurance cards, I have left many message because they never answer the phone. They do not call back. The most frustrating is that they are threatening to send me to collections, I call the number on the bill but they never answer it or call back. So unbelievably frustrating.
It's nice that there are dialysis unit around the world. . I'm a dialysis petiant for more then 20+ years. I never get to take a vacation anywhere because I scared that they doesn't have dialysis n maybe the stuff would not take good care of me...but now everything is changing to a better life for all the dialysis patient.. hawaii is my dream vacation n one day I have to visit before it's too late for me.. I'm so happy for all the technician n staff n all the nw technology. . You just make me realize I can go places too.
