Got Liberty through Convered California. Like the other reviewers, never received any information from this company(No welcome packet, No membership card, not even a member number). Each of my family had to call in separately to get their member number and membership card. I beleive they make thing difficult on purpose. This will be the last year I use this shady company.
I signed up through Covered CA website. The website auto enrolled me before I'd even made a payment. I realized after signing up I hadn't shopped around. The site wouldn't allow me to use the "shop around" function if I was already enrolled, so I dis-enrolled to see the alternate plans. Turns out there were none, just Liberty. So I signed back up.
