I have been a patient of Liberty Dental Center for years. The staff is professional and very fiiendly. The Doctor is extremely professional and knowledgeable; he explaines the needed procedures and seems to be on the cutting edge with his expertice. He is on time and works quickly so you are not in the dental chair longer than needed. He is compassionate and trys to minimize any pain as much as possible.
11/02/2018 Overall Liberty Dental Center has sent me a statement claiming that "Per your insurance you where [sic] not covered. Your insurance has denied your claim for 6/21/18. Please pay amount due." But this is a lie, because I called my insurance company right away and they told me Liberty Dental has NOT submitted any claim whatsoever in my name for this year. Not for 6/21/18, nor for any other date this year! Liberty Dental needs to submit my claim to Medicaid/Dentiquest and they will pay them accordingly. What a shame!
