Front desk staff charged us for a broken appt fee when we only missed 1 appt. We were not told that the last minute appt that was given to us will count against us. I had questioned the receptionist and she kept saying "don't worry, there will be no charge." At no point she had explained that this will count towards the number of broken appts or abt the $50 fee that will be charged. I attempted to get the refund back as my husband did not know and had paid it when he went in. I am extremely upset at how this was handled. She... read more

I had my dental cleaning with Miss Marla, and I couldn’t be more pleased. She was professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My teeth feel incredibly clean, and she took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. Highly recommend booking with Marla if you’re looking for a thorough and pleasant cleaning experience!!

Dr. Chun is a true perfectionist with is work, and his approach to clients. The few negative comments here are all about occasional defects with his staff. Admin issues can be a problem with any professional service, and I believe Dr. Chun does correct these as soon as he knows about them. I have been with him about 20 years now and have never had a concern that he did not address quickly and professionally. I don't recommend this Dentist I had work done and paid a lot of money. The work was not done properly. All they do here is take peoples money. I highly advised to not come to this Dentist.
