This has been a long battle and I have to warn others of my experience. Steer clear of Liberty Dental if you want peace of mind. I contracted Dr Sam and Dr George to do hybridge implants and from Day 1 there have been nothing but issues. The first red flag was them trying to bill my insurance for cosmetic dental services that I took a loan out for.
