RecommendedI needed work done on my FLHTC. After 25 years the base gaskets finally leaked . Bob asked who worked on it before.The factory built it wrong . It runs even better now. I took it back a year later for some some more work . I used to work on it myself as I trusted no one- but I trust Bob.
Said they would have my bike repaired by the 9th. Went to pick up on the 11th. Not fixed. Never called me to let me know what it needed or that he wasn't done or even started the repair. We picked up a new battery in El Paso for them and took it to them as this is what they said they needed. Then they said they needed a fuel pump. Left family reunion vacation in Ruidoso to drive to Las Cruces back to deliver to Liberty in Alamogordo. Then mechanic tells us needs a new gas tank. It's hard to find people you trust in this day and time. You CAN trust these 2 men to do right.
I tried a few times to get infomation about a vehicle ad they posted. I also asked if they would preapprove me to purchase a vehicle from them. After several times with no responses. I said forget them then their loss. So I went to the Nissan dealer in Roswell. I called down. They had me preapproved, the car I wanted ready to go, the paperwork done, and waiting for me for me to sign and leave. Within the few hour drive to pick it up. Liberty Cycles was a waste of my time, no help at all, and the customer service sucks.

Super friendly and easy to work with...no run around and straight forward answers on all questions! We will be doing more vehicle purchases from Liberty Cycles very soon! Thank you for everything!
You won't get the run-around you do with big Harley shops. More geared towards helping people ride not pushing out a crapload of motorcycles a year
