I just moved into this community. Liberty community management responded quickly when I had a question or a concern.
liberty community never buy the house ….agent don't have proper information ,not well train. never give house on time range. that's three times I am sighing my amendment .still pushing my date further DATE .Never pay upgrade money first..my date closing in December 2019 its FEBRURY 2020 STILL I AM FIGHTING FOR HOUSE ….SREWED FOR UPGRADE ,,SREWED FOR APPLIANCES....TIRED FOR FIGHT EVERYDAY....STILL WAITING CLOSING DATE FOR HOUSE.....

Be careful of this company and the Association Dues! Don't move into any community that Liberty is the Management company! I pay my dues from my bank every month, No problem! Now this month Liberty said they didn't get the check this month before the 10th! A lie! i e-mailed them a company of my bank statement when check was sent and the date they deposited it! They are only trying to get late fees and check this out, the late fee is 22.00 on Oct 11th, by today, Oct. 23rd they already charged me interest now it's $23.01! ... read more
Fran Baker has to be one of the most inconsiderate and rude people I have ever had to deal with. I bought into a neighborhood with LCM a little bit more then a year ago, what a huge mistake. I am a military person, who often deploys out to far away places for undetermined amounts of time. With that being said, my wife usually travels home to be with family due to not know when I will be back home. I cant rate this company it is the most horrible....It's like living in the projects....dirty garbage everywhere...its the worse do not move to the overlook at gwinnett.....garbage dirty....I give them 6 months...It will equate to living in the projects.....
