I has my car broken into in November of last year. The collision center fixed my car and I am extremely pleased with their work.
I brought my car here for minor damage to the passenger side and it needed a repainting. Just like i've noticed in many reviews it has been extremely difficult to get any information from staff here. I've been waiting on my Honda Civic now for over a month and each time I call its been "Should be done the end of next week" & or "In line for paint". Don’t be like me, read ALL the reviews and take your car somewhere else. I brought my car here with very minimal damage due to vandalism (2inch dent, 2 or 3 scratch/scuff marks, and a detached antenna.) when I dropped it off they told me it would be 2 weeks. After the first week I call and they tell me that they haven’t even started and that they need to file a supplement with my insurance (took them a week and a half to file the supplement). This is my third time working with Liberty Collision, and every single time, they have been phenomenal. The customer service is outstanding, and the quality of their work and thoroughness of their communication is exceptional. I would never go anywhere else!!!
