I paid $45 for a application and $300 deposit for them to tell me I make $3000 to much for the future year income I have not made yet. I requested a one bedroom and they offered me a studio to rent which I could not see on my application visit due to flooding in the apartment. Strict and unfair!

If you are interested in living in an apartment with paper thin floors and walls, and a management company that is extremely intrusive, this is the place for you. Welcome to Government housing. Strap on your boots for more inspections then you would find at the local county jail. I liken them to shakedowns. I’m going on my 5th or 6th one in a two month time span. Parking is sparse and the gym is a converted closet basically. Welcome to Liberty CityWalk!
Tiffany is a GREAT apartment manager. She is kind and sweet. She always says hello or goodbye depending on the direction I am going. I am so lucky to have a great apartment complex and a GREAT management team.
Great apartment great location. The place is very clean and the staff is well trained. The manager Jwan is the best... She makes everyone feel like family!
