“I had a disappointing experience at this supermarket. After scanning the items, they added an extra 50 cents to the total without any reason. Also, I got conflicting information about the minimum card payment limit; one employee said it was 3 dollars, and another said it was 5. If there’s a minimum purchase limit, it should be clearly communicated so I can choose items that meet the $3 or $5 requirement, rather than having them add extra charges on their own without my consent.”
