Please read this before purchasing if you are considering a new vehicle. I traveled to Sturgis from Missouri for the motorcycle rally in 2024. I am a cancer survivor and was fighting cancer but wanted to go to the rally. I was driving a 2023 GMC crew cab AT4 3500 SRW 4x4, that I purchased new and it was under factory warranty. When I arrived in Sturgis the transmission failed. GM could not get parts to repair my truck and couldn't provide a date that the parts would be available to repair my truck. Truly a fantastic experience. There was no pressure, just a lot of friendly conversation regarding features, benefits, and the details of the truck we ended up buying. Sales manager Jamie, Salesperson John, and Finance Manager Greg were all great to work with!
Everyone, John, Jamie, and Greg were extremely helpful and made it a great experience. Honest and no high pressure. Very satisfied and will definitely do business there again.
