We had our oil changed and in addition they checked everything from top to bottom on our Tahoe. We were in and out very quickly. Levi the service manager was great!
I was charged over $1700.00 for a fuel pump install that went wrong. Levi the Service Manager told me he did it himself on a Saturday so I tipped him $100. After about 25 miles the fuel pump he installed sprayed gas under my truck. I lost about half a tank before a motorcycle rider told me I was leaking fuel. My brother crawled under the truck and reconnected the fuel line. He came out covered in fuel and tar from the undercoating. Levi in the service department is a crook and a loar. Paid thousands of dollars for a fuel pump repair and even tipped him $100 because he said he would do it personally. After driving through the mointains, half the gas in our tank leaked out all ober the road nearly causing a motorcycle accident or even our truck to catch fire. Causing dangerous situations around motorcycles during Sturgis bike rally. When confronted about the problem he denied he did anything wrong and refused to give any type of refund or accountability.... read more
While on a road trip ...nearby Cadillac was booked for several days. Liberty Chevrolet service got me in the very next morning, even though they were clearly busy. Levi Rave and the entire team were friendly, professional, and accommodating, even after I changed my appointment a few times. I arrived around 7:00 a.m., and within a couple of hours they completed the oil change, vehicle inspection, replaced the main belt, topped off the fluids, and changed the filters at a very reasonable price. While traveling through the area with my family, in the middle of a long road trip, we expressed a problem with our 2017 Silverado. The staff at Liberty Chevrolet were able to get us in, et the problem fixed and get us back on the road without too much convenience. While the vehicle was in for repairs, other staff members made sure my kids were taken care of, giving them ice pops, making sure we had stuff to drink.
