I visited Liberty to meet my friend Shawn McBryer about a truck—I’ve bought three cars from him before. I was interested in a Chevy Colorado at their Sturgis location, but we were at Rapid City. Shawn offered to meet me in Sturgis the next morning, put a hold on the truck, and asked for videos and pictures of my trade-in. Excellent communication with Levi and others from the Service Department on getting my vehicle fixed that we had towed in. John in sales was also a great help when we were left thinking we needed to buy a new vehicle. Although we didn't end up needing to purchase a vehicle we will definitely be in when the time comes to needing another vehicle. All around excellent service and staff!

Excellent service department. Twice now, they have helped me in a pinch when I was visiting this area. It is never a good feeling when you are 1,000 miles from home, and your truck goes into reduced power mode, but both times, they worked me in quickly and got me back on the road..

Absolutely wonderful service. I scheduled an appointment online to have a transmission flush performed on my Acadia when I arrived at the dealership, Bernie greeted me warmly and immediately called for The technician who would be performing the service to come out and meet me. The technician went on a test drive with me to make sure that the service I requested was what needed to be performed. Everything went well. Quick service, good information and I will cheerfully drive from Custer to Sturgis anytime I need service again... read more
