Huge shout out to Nichole in service. Had an electrical issue in my new to me 3500 purchased in another State. Called and she said swing in and she would hook it up to Scanner. In 10 minutes her and two others (didn’t get names) found an after market tracker hooked up, the cause of the issues, she cleared the warnings and had me on my way. Originally purchased a used Nissan Rogue from them back in July of 2025 and they helped me get a great deal and helped me out a lot. 6 months later, i brought it back for the complimentary service that came with the car purchase. An issue arose and an important part had needed to be replaced as a result . Not only did they address the issue very quickly, they also lent me a car in the meantime. Very helpful and friendly staff, thank you for everything!

Requested diagnostic of p0480. Result was bad cooling fans . Nearly $700 for labor and I did it myself in 1.5 hours. Only dealership to ever be under the hood previously and I discovered several damaged and broken harness clips and a major connector stuffed down out of sight. I’ve repaired it on my own but will not trust technicians there again
