Wow!!!!! Just wow!!!! I used Liberty for our booth shipment for multiple cities. At the last city to pick up to take back to the office, they didn't show up and I had to pay more to the actual Expo organizer. Not to mention extra overtime. When I spoke to them and stated that I would no longer use them for any of our three companies, they said "ok, I understand".
