Don't expect to get an oil change after 3pm even through they are open until 5. They close the lube bays for rain or inclement weather as well. Place is a joke

Got there today before 4:00 (and their hours are until 5)and a girl came up to me from sitting in her car with someone to tell me they closed early because the car wash was broken and they were slow. I needed an oil change...what does the car wash have to do with an oil change??? Isn’t this place for OIL CHANGES??? To me the car wash is a bonus. Very disappointed!!! Very hard to work around their hours.
We visited a couple of weeks ago for a desperately needed oil change. The service, was quick but thorough. The technicians were very professional, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend for an oil change.
Service is fine when you can get it. Like today, says online it is open, but the actual place is not. Very frustrating.
Showed up for an oil change 30 minutes before they closed and the owner said they cut off 30 minutes before they close. I said great I just made it and he said no you didn't, it was now 1 full minute later and he turned me away. Customer service escapes this man. Use to bring him 3 cars now we will bring him 0 cars. He has trouble with telling time. Google "customer service " or "how to run a business " it might help
