Great stuff
Say what you will about DR Horton—no homebuilder is perfect—but I will say they stand behind their work. Whenever an issue comes up, they address it, including through their warranty team. Really the only big issue for me is how they created the ditch line behind the homes to “drain” the water but it just sits in the ditch Lisa Witcher has been especially great to work with. Beautiful hound wonderful neighborhood
It's funny how I went from never wanting to buy a newly build home and any HOA to buying a brand new home and with HOA. I feel and am hoping that the bad stigma online regarding new homes are just a few unfortunate builds out of the many excellent new home builds. As people say, human error is a thing. I appreciate the many incentives and warranties to help put the buyer's mind at ease. Read some reviews regarding HOA concerns, will keep an eye out for that.
