Builders agent always said she would get back to me but only on her terms. It wasn’t until I canceled the contract that agent offered a lower price. Upgrades are so overpriced compared other builders. Would never deal with them again.
The agents who sold me the house were great and I have no complaints. The pulte mortgage company was kind of a pain but still overall not very many complaints. The construction team however, was so poor I would not recommend. They sold me an incomplete house for full price. Many issues with the home mostly minor in nature and the field manager won’t even contact me back to fix them. They take Your money then stop dealing with you.
