We had a turbo problem. This was the second visit. The first time the diagnostics were troublesome. This time less difficult to find and fix. The cost was not so bad. The car runs well. The service was excellent.

So my wife and I bought a used 2021 XT5 Cadillac at liberty Buick arrowhead location my sales rep was Patti Riegler and must say it was actually the best car buying experience I’ve ever had at a dealer ship. My Service Manager, Colette, is always a pleasure to work with and I have confidence in the mechanics that they’ll take good care of my car for whatever it needs at the time. I purposely drive an hour from home to your dealership even for an oil change because I know I’m in good hands.

I do not enjoy the sales person who sold me the car to seek me out EVERY time I bring the car in for service. Also, the coupon I had was for 20% off. The service representative said that it was only for parts. I asked for clarification due to the fact it did not state that on the coupon. She insisted that that is how Liberty Buick has always done it.
