Everybody was very nice, polite and they explained more than well. Amazing staff!
Hertz rental exceeded expectations. Reserved a car, called ahead, and the rental office sent me to a closer dealer (this Buick office) because of a car shortage and honored the same price. The rep was extremely thoughtful to make sure the car was in proper condition. Very grateful for the service. The Buick dealer was impressive from the lot to the show room to the service area. Made contact to schedule. The communication was weird--was almost signed up for a $100 oil change. Then I listed the three items I wanted to schedule for and got a price quote on a coolant exchange, which, thankfully, that was one of the three items.
