In an age where customer service is lost on many businesses Liberty Bottleworks is a breath of fresh air. Not only did the product I ordered arrive well before Christmas even though I ordered it in the midst of the media frenzy, but when my mother had an issue with her gift (the bottle cap sounded like an angry shrieking infant wookiee) I called and asked about a replacement cap, which arrived promptly.
