An alright water bottle, all things considered- but don't you dare drop it by accident because the lining will crack causing it to rust on the inside of the bottle.
I hate leaving this kind of review, but I had a horrible experience getting the bottles. I placed my order over a month ago (Jan 13th), when there was a change happening with the website. I believed my order had gone through, it did not. I was told to send an email to a specific address, and it bounced back to me. I love the one bottle I purchased years ago. (from a store). I recently ordered a coffee tumbler online and have sent multiple emails and Facebook messages since January 31st to return the item. I have not heard back from anyone. Not even the automated "we received your email". Very poor customer service. I will not purchase from their website again.
I had a little snafu, so to speak, with an order. I contacted them about it and had a quick resolution to my issue. Someone personally called me to discuss the resolution and said a replacement would be sent that day. I received my bottle today, before Christmas as promised. I will order again. And again. Not just because the bottles are awesome (and they are) but because of the attention to customer service they provide.
Just love these Made in USA bottles. I trust USA products. Your customer service is outstanding. I would just beg you to bring back the aliens bottle. In fact, contact the town of Mars, PA and I bet you could sell a bunch there. Even NASA went there for the Mars landing. :)
