I have had multiple issues with neck and lower back for sometime including herniated discs long ago (I'm 78yo). I had a great first experience at Liberty Bodyworks with Laurie who is the owner and a very professional, knowledgeable therapist trained in ART. She targeted areas of muscle soreness and tightness and worked deeply into the tissue and fascia. I found the massage room to be neat and spacious and very calming. I plan to return regularly and can highly recommend her services.
For quite awhile I have had issues with my shoulder and left arm with severe pain. Laurie took the time to assess and listen to what the issues were. She explained the treatment and massage including the “after care” to continue to encourage healing. After the massage quite a bit of my consistent pain was gone.
