The Jewell of Dinning in New Braunfels – Liberty Bistro captured my pallet with its Pan Roasted Lamb Dish. A symphony of flavors comes together in the hearty dish. The lamb was tender and savory and I enjoyed every bite. I look forward to coming back and trying the rack of lamb. It?s hard to find a restaurant that knows how to do lamb right, Liberty Bistro definitely has the touch to prepare a fine lamb dish. This place is a true treasure for New Braunfels and should not be missed. Great ambiance, art, and a very nice bar.
Pefect for a girls night out!!! – I went with a group of 6 girls & we all laughed and ate & throughly enjoyed ourselves!!!! We called a few days ahead to make reservations & they resevered a cute little private room for us! I was such a great way to spend an evening...I am not sure how you can't enjoy yourself here! Oh & had the steak -A-mazing!
Hot tip: a place to avoid - save your money and time. – We visited this place when it first opened and was disappointed. It's been several years and it was the restaurant one in our group chose as his birthday dinner restaurant. Great Place to Eat in New Braunfels – We celebrated our first year anniversary at Liberty Bistro at the recommendation of the owners of a local bed and breakfast. The setting was historic, it is in the basement of an old courthouse with historical American themed photos everywhere, the service was top notch and the food was an epicurean delight.
