I absolutely love living in these apartments, it’s a quiet community and in a great location. However, paying the utilities to the third party “conservice” has been a complete hassle for me. I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to reset my password and it still says I have the incorrect credentials, so I haven’t been able to log into my account in a very long time. Worst place I have ever lived. The people working in the office suck and never get anything done. If you make a noise complaint they will not help you and your noisy neighbor gets to continue making noise.
I have lived here for two years. My first experience was wonderful. Management has changed a few times and each time has been rocky. I’m extremely disappointed in the current system. One major problem is maintenance. The hot-tub has been out of service 80% of the time. And maintenance requests have been unanswered for at least three weeks, even though they’ve been in my apartment doing other things the request still were not fulfilled. Light bulbs changed ext. simple requests. Hope this helps.
