Update: Preston refunded some of the late fees. I absolutely love living in these apartments, it’s a quiet community and in a great location. However, paying the utilities to the third party “conservice” has been a complete hassle for me. I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to reset my password and it still says I have the incorrect credentials, so I haven’t been able to log into my account in a very long time. I’ve lived here for almost two years now and this has been an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved. I t... read more
