It's great when the management stops ignoring your crys for help and actually does something about the noisy rude neighbors they let live here. They like to let problem people live here for way too long and kick out good people really fast. They'll gladly help with any fixes to the units quickly but as soon as you have a problem with a neighbor they hate you and don't want to help.
I have lived here for 3 yrs. The property manager on more than one occasion has made me feel like an inconvenience to him. After 2 years of living here my water heater failed and leaked gas into my home, which would have killed my dog had I not been home when it happened. The fire department was called and the gas company came out and my water heater was replaced the next day. I then asked to have a smart lock put on my door, and I was told it wasn't allowed and that no modifications are allowed, yet there are multiple townh... read more
