Edit: the neighbors are noisy with band practice and music in the night and early morning and the security doesn't respond some times. I hope management will take this seriously, I have called in about this dozens of times now, these neighbors are awful. The new management seems to be competent for once. I've been living here for over 2 years and they seem to be finally fixing and cleaning things up. It's a nice place and is pretty quiet for an apartment complex which is a blessing. Update: Preston refunded some of the late fees. I absolutely love living in these apartments, it’s a quiet community and in a great location. However, paying the utilities to the third party “conservice” has been a complete hassle for me. I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to reset my password and it still says I have the incorrect credentials, so I haven’t been able to log into my account in a very long time. I’ve lived here for almost two years now and this has been an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved. I t... read more
