The super called Robert is very rude and aggressive, I never met him before, he entered the apartment without knocking or ringing the bell, he didn’t even introduce himself to me and went inside our bedroom scaring everyone in the apartment. I had to call the police for him to prevent him from coming to our apartment again, and to have the rental office to send another professional super. I will make sure that they will receive the lowest review they deserve on google.
