Firstly unlike most moving companies they require a deposit payment which felt very sketchy since they don't answer their phone. They got the job done well however before even starting they called two more people in because they were unprepared. One guy even said if one individual didn't come they wouldn't have needed to call for backup. We had a large amount of office furniture to move state to state. Liberty Bell provided excellent and responsive service with a timely quote and timeline. When weather became an issue, they were flexible with us for arrival and delivery times. When the movers arrived with the delivery, they were very nice, professional and best of all-gentle and careful with our items placing them and assembling with genuine care. We had a great experience with Liberty Bell on our recent move. They are very responsive and easy to communicate with. The movers contacted us with an updated ETA the morning of our move so we knew exactly when to expect them and they got to work right away. Everything for this move was absolutely perfect! I thought from the beginning getting information and pricing from Dave was fast, easy, and accurate. The moving crew, which consisted of Michael, Jack, and Gage, was exceptional! They packed all the furniture pieces that needed careful packaging extra well so that they arrived in perfect condition. We recently hired Liberty Bell Moving and Storage to help us move. The two guys who moved us were great - very hard working, careful with our belongings, efficient, and polite!!! They were respectful and a pleasure to work with!! If we ever have to move again, we would definitely use them!
