I wouldn't recommend scheduling with David if you're not sure of what you want or if you can't provide with very specific details. He messed up my hair as well as my friend's hair so now I have to wear a hat until my hair grows back. In my experience, he seemed impatient and less willing to assist or care for you. Claire on the other hand, was more friendly and open to help me with any questions and guide me to make sure I get what I want. My haircut experience at this barbershop was incredibly disappointing. Despite their claim of offering an inclusive and friendly environment, the reality was quite the opposite. I visited based on a friend's recommendation, only to be met with unprofessionalism from the couple who owns the establishment, David and Claire.
