Liberty Barbell is a great local gym. I recently moved to York and wanted to find a good lifting gym…but it is so much more than that. I spent a lot of time checking out all the different gyms in the area and Liberty Barbell won by a mile. It’s fresh and updated with nice equipment the staff is super friendly and genuinely cares about you and your growth. On top of that it’s 24 hours so it fits my ever changing schedule. Genuinely can’t recommend this place enough!

This is the best gym in Dallastown. I have lost over 75 pounds since coming here in January 2024 Ned Duke is awesome and he makes sure workouts are really fun but challenging!

I didn’t even know this place existed until they put a sign out front! It’s a hidden gem!
