I’ve been training with Ned since September and it has been incredible. He believes in me more than I believe in myself, puts up with my antics, and constantly pushes me past what I think I’m capable of. I’m stronger than I’ve ever been because of him. Everyone at the gym is so welcoming and the energy is unmatched. If you’re looking for a trainer or a gym with a true sense of community and an uplifting vibe, I highly recommend Liberty Barbell.

My experience with Liberty Barbell has been nothing short of amazing. I started out taking the personal training sessions with Ned and now I have a regular membership and have found a new “family”. Ned is very patient and understanding of his clients needs. He even helped me rehabilitate a back injury. Ned is more than just a trainer. He is a coach, a motivator, an accountability partner, and a genuinely kind person. No matter what your fitness goals are, Liberty Barbell is the place to go for guaranteed results.
