My experience with Liberty Barbell has been nothing short of amazing. I started out taking the personal training sessions with Ned and now I have a regular membership and have found a new “family”. Ned is very patient and understanding of his clients needs. He even helped me rehabilitate a back injury. Ned is more than just a trainer. He is a coach, a motivator, an accountability partner, and a genuinely kind person. No matter what your fitness goals are, Liberty Barbell is the place to go for guaranteed results.

I signed my son up for the summer workouts to introduce him to fitness and help build his confidence. Les and Ned have supported him every step of the way, helping him work toward and achieve his goals. The environment is very welcoming, and they truly care about their clients. The progress he has made since June has been incredible, and we’re grateful to have them in his corner.

amazing gym with amazing people. The owners and other coaches are fantastic, and the entire community ecosystem within this gym is astonishing. The best gym i have ever had the pleasure of going too.

Can rave enough about Ned. My boyfriend and I have started going to his gym and definitely leave feeling like we accomplished something everytime! Highly recommend coming to him if you have goals you want to achieve something or are looking for a routine to hold yourself accountable! Ned is great with customizing workouts to your needs and focusing on what will get you to where you want to be. Highly recommend
