Really well equipped without the waits to use machines
Great gym that is definitely NOT your typical public commercial box gym. National champion powerlifters train here. Membership is limited. Training available. Nice mix of experienced and expert. They have expanded to their floor space and also added more new equipment. There are also more limited memberships available. Lots of strong, helpful and friendly people work out here!
Best non commercial, real gym in the area. Has great equipment, some you've likely never seen before(hydraulic resistance?!?!). Its super clean. Owner, Jona Leo, is a legend in the powerlifting books. Has chalk and smelling salts available for use!!! 10/10
