Would be 0 stars if possible! The owner is a piece of work. Took my son 7 months to get the title so he could register his car. Every excuse in the book as to why it wasn't there, even put one of his dealer plates on it. And only when he was in such an all fire hurry to get his dealer plate back was the title suddenly available and demanded that it be swapped for the dealer plate immediatly.
