Specialties We are an independent repair facility, that works on both Domestic, Asian & European cars & trucks. We are a Tire shop as well. I'm not sure how it takes 3 hours to do a state inspection, but they found a way today. I made an appointment and even dropped off my car early, but they apparently completely forgot about it. I called after about 2 hours because I hadn't heard back from them, and they didn't know who I was or what I was talking about. Next time I need an inspection, I'll go somewhere where they know how to keep an appointment. Very disappointing.
There is a reason so many people "have to" keeping back and that is also the same reason so many people have stopped going back. Smiles and friendliness don't always equal quality and integrity.
They did a great job on both our truck and Blazer.
