Refused to change the invoice to reflect the military discount (said they would give it next time, bs)
I don't like liars. I particularly don't like it when I'm trying to get business done, and dishonesty turns me off more than anything else. I was told that "all shops in the area" would take two or more weeks to get me on. This is an over-generalization that can't be true, because how is this guy to know the situation at every single shop in the tri-county area? He simply thought I was some idiot, and was trying to secure business with dishonesty. Do not use them.
I had to replace my license plate and couldn’t get the old one off. Ended up breaking one bolt and stripping the other. Liberty took my car without an appointment, drilled out the broken bolt and put on the new plate with new bolts. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Fantastic!
Ordered some oil filters, they only sent some. I got a refund for the oil filter, but not the shipping. So I paid to ship 4, and only got 3. If it was more than a few bucks I'd file a chargeback, but bad reviews will work in this case.
