I live in the timber Creek townhomes in Nampa managed by Liberty asset group, not only is the apartment absolutely perfectly laid out and spacious ,the maintenance guy Tony is always on top of doing any repairs or touch-ups I needed done. Great and friendly staff and perfect property to rent! 10/10 recommend

I lived in the Boise Cimarron Townhomes where the property management changed 3 or 4 times while living there for almost 5 years. Although I loved the home I built for myself there, I moved because after the last switch to this company, property management was no longer good and they left the property messy and gross. We lived in the Lincoln Creek Community. When we signed we were told the owners friend lived in this brand new house for about 6 months. The gal Sharyn said it would be just like new. We mentioned the stains, dog hair, destroyed lawn etc. we were told carpets would be cleaned and sod replaced. (Tiny yard). Since it was January we would have to wait until spring for the sod. I had an issue with my dryer. Michael had never dealt with the problem before but he came and had it fixed quickly and easily!
