Was told i was getting a fully renovated unit. Got the keys, it was trashed. Burns in the kitchen, even what looks like mold growing at the back sliding door. Pet hair still in the carpet, not renovated at all. Took liberty asset almost 3 full hours to talk to me about it. Offered to just put cheap lenolium flooring that would most likely get scratched so they would charge for it upon move out. After two years of living at Whitehawk under Liberty Asset Group, I would never recommend anyone to do business with them. Some issues we've encountered with this group: - Zero communication. No matter how many times we submitted complaints, questions, or maintenance requests through the resident portal, we might have had one submittal get a response. Every time I've had to get anything sorted with LAG, I've had to go to their office, in person, to get any sort of resolution. - incomplete maintenance requests. On top of bare... read more
