Allie was absolutely amazing throughout our relocation to Idaho! She was incredibly helpful, supportive, and went above and beyond to help us get into a townhome before Labor Day weekend. Thanks to her dedication and hard work, we were able to move into our new home the Friday before the holiday weekend, which meant so much to us. We are truly grateful for all her assistance and couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us through the process. Thank you so much, Allie, for making our transition to Idaho so much easier!

I'm a tenant at the Owyhee park apartments (4 years now). In general, compared with the Home River Group (previous management) the experience with them has been a downgrade. Don't get me wrong, there are definitely some nice people at this company (notably the people who operate the front desk phones, and Kelsey Freed) - things like that are the reason for three stars, and that I know it could be worse. Absolute worst renting experience of my life. I’ve rented from numerous agents/landlords and Liberty Asset Group was the most unprofessional and difficult. They do not respond to emails, until you reach out several times and put multiple people in the email thread for accountability. Getting any answers took multiple weeks. My apartment had maintenance issues when I moved in, and they kept an open window for 4-6 weeks to work on the repairs. We’ve worked with Hailey C. at Centerpoint Townhomes for about a year now and I couldn’t speak more highly of their customer service. Hailey has always been very communicative and kind, we’ve never had an issue with them and highly recommend.

I’ve had a great experience with Frank and Lexie. They are friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever I have questions or concerns. Maintance request are handled quickly and efficiently, and the leasing manager is very helpful and easy to communicate with. I really appreciate their hard work and dedication to make sure residence feel comfortable and taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend renting from them!
