Super rough experience with Liberty Asset Group start to finish. Originally moving in we were promised a clean move in ready unit. Upon arrival the unit was disgusting. Yellow and green gunk stuck to the ceilings, previous tenants body hair fused to walls in the bathroom, fist size holes in the bedroom, towel rack literally on the floor with screw holes and torn paint on the wall, bugs they just painted over and ignored, smoke detectors not working, etc. When we brought this up to them we had to fight to get a second round o... read more
Horrible company to work with. They did not have our unit ready by the date they promised. The unit was filthy, had holes in the wall, towel rods ripped off the wall, and had no fire detectors set up. When we confronted them with photos, they were rude and resistant to fixing their mistakes. We have been moved out for a month and haven't heard about our deposit. They also gave all their tenants incorrect addresses, leading to billing mistakes for utilities that we are now expected to make up. Rude staff, very unhelpful. Trut... read more
This company has some of the worst communication. This is the second year in a row where we haven’t been reached out to for a lease renewal. I have tried contacting them since the beginning of May and still have no resolution. I have sent multiple messages through the portal that they use and have emailed them multiple times as well. Worst experience. The day before move-in, I was informed that the unit I originally signed for was not ready, and I was reassigned to a different unit. That unit was not in proper condition at move-in, including wet/unclean carpet and general maintenance concerns. I have photo documentation of the condition at that time. After move-out, I was charged for several deductions that appear to be standard turnover and maintenance rather than damage beyond normal wear and tear.
