Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from any property owned by Liberty Asset Group. Our leasing agent, Sam Wong, was completely unprofessional, incompetent, and unresponsive at every turn. We requested to work with a different agent, as Sam hung up on us several times and consistently overcharged our account, which was met with radio silence. Sam, if you're reading this, do better. Update: Nov, 2025. They reached out, and guess what happened? Wrote back a few times but once I started asking for my actual money back, they GHOSTED me again. It’s embarrassing to have to pester this company for something so simple. Additional, take all these 4/5 star reviews as a grain of salt. This page is hiding and bribing its former tenants (like me) to delete them in order to get their security deposit back. Review about Orchard Lofts specifically. The worst! We applied for Cimarron townhomes and couldn’t get a hold of them the day of moving in so I had to go in person and then was told we weren’t able to move in to the apartment since it was not move in ready even though we got approved 2 weeks prior for the apartment. We are now having a flood because the apartment next door sprinklers went off and I’ve tried to get of hold of them but their number won’t go through so I had to call another number and now I’m on hold. So no emergency number to call. The worst!!!
Was told i was getting a fully renovated unit. Got the keys, it was trashed. Burns in the kitchen, even what looks like mold growing at the back sliding door. Pet hair still in the carpet, not renovated at all. Took liberty asset almost 3 full hours to talk to me about it. Offered to just put cheap lenolium flooring that would most likely get scratched so they would charge for it upon move out.
