I was called about my interest in these apartments, scheduled a tour based off my preferences on the apartments and then I was emailed a link to a Google calendar invite and I accepted all was well except the invite showed 2 different times and when I showed up no one was responding and when I FINALLY got a hold of someone it was 20 minutes later. They are trying to evict us because they bought our apartment complex and didn’t get the statements from the old management saying our rent is paid. They said they had noted it but clearly they didn’t. When we tried to get it all figured out we were hung up on. Worst customer service and merry christmas i guess
Avoid them at all costs. They'll deny you move out inspections, and make up charges to keep your deposit. I paid $300 to have my apartment professionally cleaned and sanitized, and they STILL charged me another $300. Colette is highly unprofessional, and refuses to acknowledge basic facts
