Review about Orchard Lofts specifically. I moved in July 2024, (if you lived in 337-202 before, this involves you too) Upon moving in, the apartment was in a disgusting state. Carpet was not cleaned. Dirt on the floor everywhere. It looked like something exploded in the oven. And to top it all off, the toilet had literal feces stains on them. Great property management—clean, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. Maintenance requests are super easy and always handled quickly. Highly recommend!
One of the better property managements I've rented from. Always flexible and willing to work out payment arrangements when it comes to rent. Super nice and always willing to answer questions or concerns.
We have lived at one the properties for over 3 yrs now and we have nothing but great things to say about the staff here. We are blessed to have a wonderful community and well maintained property.
