Never answers the phone never responds to text messages or voicemails. Will leave you in the dark as to where your appraisal stands. Do not use this company very unprofessional. I left 4 messages over a weeks time never received a phone call back and zero responses to any text messages either. I was told numerous dates as to when the appraisal would be done and none were met. The one date I was I told they thought I was another client and that’s why they told me I was done. I would give a zero if I could.
Great appraisal company, wonderful people to work with very professional, highly recommended!!!!
WORST APPRAISAL COMPANY! do not use they dont know what theyre doing and outdated guys whom are not in touch with the market. horrible experience for bank and others. do not use these people.
