Liberty is the WORST! They told me I would be charged a certain price but sent me a bill for 3 times that amount. Also they arrived almost 90 minutes late. I would not recommend Liberty under any circumstances.
Since August 16, 2014 I have scheduled with Liberty Ambulance Service 26 documented times for wheelchair and stretcher transportation. They have always been on time, very professional and courteous. They drive carefully and don't bounce you around in the rig. I will gladly continue to use them.
They were supposed to pick my mother up at 1 PM, Nov 24, for a 1:30 dentist appointment. I scheduled the pickup Nov 4 and called to confirm Nov 21. They hadn't arrived by 1:10 or 1:15 so I called and was told they were 20-25 minutes away. In other words they were arriving to pick my mother up after her scheduled dentist appointment. Terrible service. If you use this company you WILL be late for appointments.
