Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Was the physical therapist fully focused on you during your session? Yes, they were fully focused on my session

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do
