We urge you to contact municipal and provincial organizations, as well as the property management of First and Park to put a stop to their illegal Airbnb rentals. No residents have voted for short term rentals and they are operating ILLEGALY, causing disturbances and havoc in our neighbourhood. We urge you to take action and to complain to appropriate authorities. Let’s make our community liveable, please!
My husband and I lived here while having major renovations done on our home. The Liberte is a beautifully situated and well maintained high-rise condo building in the upscale neighborhood of Eau Claire. The condo we stayed in had a modern kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood throughout, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bow River.
