My husband and I lived here while having major renovations done on our home. The Liberte is a beautifully situated and well maintained high-rise condo building in the upscale neighborhood of Eau Claire. The condo we stayed in had a modern kitchen and bathrooms, hardwood throughout, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Bow River. Everything is broken in this place. The elevators, the parking doors, the building key fobs and once every month the water is disconnected for a day.
