The owner is quick to fix issues you notify him about. The apartment is very basic and no dishwasher. It was nice that it comes with a full sized washer and dryer. The units are older and weathered, but are secure. Good location, close to what Liberal has. Safe area to walk most dog, just always be on the lookout for stray dogs as Liberal has a big issue with those.
Great place to live. Ernest is great and quick to respond to work order requests.
Crooks the entire place, where I rented was decent however when I moved out three months later he refused me my deposit I acquired a judgment against him still no money he is a crook. Please spend your money elsewhere it is to hard to come by not to get it back!
I am not the one to bash a place. I have repeatedly ask Ernest Wilkie to return my deposit. After 2 days of giving him a deposit and I saw the “furnished Townhomes” I was being polite when I said it wasn’t a good fit. In actuality the sofa he moved in there was filthy, the garage had a big hole and the place was very rundown. I have been polite and asked him repeatedly to return my deposit.
