Jim and the Libenow team have been great to work with. We have lived here for a few years now and it’s been well worth the price! We have a washer/dryer in our unit, heat/ac, and a great working dishwasher. Our apartment is fully renovated. We had a little issue with our washer and Jim and his maintenance team were quick to resolve it; we have a new washer that works great. I cannot say enough positive things about Libenow Realty and Property Management. Jim is an amazing gentleman who is always - and I mean ALWAYS - pleasant and easy to work with. He keeps his properties in extremely good shape, listens to his tenants, and responded promptly the very few times we ran into issues. He is extremely good communicating with his tenants in a timely manner. I've delt with my fair share of poor property management companies but I must say this takes the cake. They essentially set up lemon houses that are running on hopes and prayers to pawn off to college students that can't find anywhere else to stay. Even the most basic and fundamental of repairs and maintanence will require so much effort on the behalf of the tenant to get done. If you hope to have contact/be able to communicate with your property management, I highly recommend not choosing this company. Terrible website as well, the phone number either doesn’t work or nobody is willing to answer it, they have the bare minimum amount of info, and have continuously lied to my roommate and I saying that the house will be re listed.
