everytime I come here I have a terrible experience. noone is friendly or helps. not that I need help anyone but noone asks. I came to get a battery today for my bike. called at noon. they said they had the correct battery and ot needed to be charged for 3 hours before I pick it up. so I waited all day. get there and it's the wrong Effn' battery! not only was it wrong but I was told it was 114.00 over the phone then I get there and its 239.00. enough chances I'm done with this place. read the Google reviews I'm not the only o... read more
I’ve bought a couple bikes at different dealerships before and this is hands down the best buying experience I’ve had. Gave me more than what other dealerships offered for my trade in and was very surprised. George and his family help me get set up on a beautiful Honda Africa twin. When I went to pick the bike up it was right when they were closing and everyone stayed after hours to help me finished the paperwork and take the bike home that day. Polite, professional, respectful!!! Made me feel like a kid again.
Contacted dealership in and advertised price for a Polaris Ranger. Went to dealer to buy and he could not give me the actual price, said he would work it up and send me the actual quote. Send me a text with the actual quote and the advertised price was now much higher due to dealer fees! It was the old get me in on a low price but there is no way you can buy it for that. Dirty game! Would not recommend. All other dealers I went to were up front with the fees at $150 and Libby’s fees were over $900 and they were not up front ... read more

My Tiger 800 is running great thanks to great service at Libby’s. Keith did right by me after a bit of a rough start during his crazy season. I also got a great set of Continental Tires from them which has been a game changer on the dirt roads!
