Food was very good. Great comfort food. Had the chicken fried chicken and fried catfish....both were great. Service was outstanding...very attentive.
I have been eating here for several years. The food is always good and the service usually is as well. Yesterday, we ate there and was really disappointed with the service. The waitress (Carla) had a really bad attitude. She was not friendly at all. We had to get up to get our own hot sauce and were never offeref refills on our tea. After waiting at least half an hour for our food to come out. The food was the epitome of "That'll do." When I ordered my mushroom burger, I was asked if I wanted mustard or mayonaise. I said mustard, they proceeded to give me mayonaise. I did not care to raise a fuss about it until I checked the receipt and they charged me another dollar next to "mustard." First time there, our nice told us about Sonny's Cafe, you set yourself where you want to, didn't have to wait to long before hostess ask for our drinks she had them there petty fast, the waitress came took our order, wife got the ribeye steak I got chicken fry chicken. Mine was good and crisp orka was cooked just right, wife's steak was suppose to be medium, but was will done, people came after we did and were getting their order before we got ours we were about to get up and leave when they came out with our food finally. ... read more
Was recommend to come here from Barrett trailers up the street. She said two of her sisters work here she failed to mention the awesome decor!!!!! The good was fantastic and for all that I got it was only $13 bucks so basically same price as crappy fast food. This place was awesome would highly recommend it! Crystal was who helped me and she was great the burger is enormous and well worth the money. Without the added patty and substitute onion rings it would have only been $10 bucks for the burger and fries again killer valu... read more
