These guys are fantastic and affordable. I had a frozen main pipe line for a week, and one plumbing company charged me $800 but couldn't thaw the line. Libby came out 45 minutes later, and I had water flowing in my house again, and they only charged me $300. Thank you so much for fitting me in. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You have a lifelong customer.
Top tier! I know things were very busy so it took a minute but as soon as they got here it was so quick and no nonsense! My pipes had been frozen for more than a week, they had it all done in 22 minutes! That was including the hookup time and everything.Also they're very nice which is always a plus. Heck yes!
Andrew came out the same day and quickly thawed the pipes, restoring heat to our home. He also repaired a leaking hot water pipe. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. With temperatures well below freezing, he likely prevented much more significant damage. My family is incredibly grateful for his prompt response and expertise.
Great service when they arrive, but poor customer service when busy. I’ve used Libby Thawing in the past and the thawing service has been great, but this year I had a bad experience with their customer service. When it’s cold they’re busy, but they did not offered a timeline of when service may arrive. The old lady that answers the phone gives terrible customer service. If they are backed up, they will give you the runaround just to screw you over
