Great service when they arrive, but poor customer service when busy. I’ve used Libby Thawing in the past and the thawing service has been great, but this year I had a bad experience with their customer service. When it’s cold they’re busy, but they did not offered a timeline of when service may arrive. I had originally been told I would get service “today or tomorrow,” and when I checked in the following day I was told there were 5 people in front of me but it might be another 3-4 days out. The old lady that answers the phone gives terrible customer service. If they are backed up, they will give you the runaround just to screw you over
They came out same day and had me up and running within 45 minutes of arrival. Knowledgeable and professional. Great work, great customer service!

3/9/24 AWESOME BUSINESS, EXPERIENCED HANDS, NO FOOLING ABOUT, RETURNED MY CALL, ARRIVED AS AGREED, DID THE JOB. NO NONSENSE, JUST RELIABLE GUYS. THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME IN 3 YEARS THAT MY OLD OLD HOUSE PIPES FROZE. OUR FAULT, DRIPPING WATER AT FAUCET GOT TURNED OFF. POST BELOW IS FROM 3 YEAR AGO. 4/21Thawed out our old home's water system. No muss no fuss. Arrived on time, found the elusive wire, made The connections and voila! Water. Highly recommend.
